Charlie Skuy (2000, Toronto) 

Following his graduation from Canada's National Ballet School, Charlie joined Nederlands Dans Theater in 2018, where he danced for seven years. There, he never stopped creating his own choreographies, films, and cabarets. Now freelance, he is fully focused on creating his own work in dance, performance, film, and collaborating with artists he admires. 

Charlie's own work gained recognition at the Copenhagen International Choreography Competition (2020) and a finalist spot in the Rotterdam International Duet Choreography Competition (2023), where his piece KEVIN won the Conny Janssen Danst Award. In 2024, he choreographed MEISJE for Conny Janssen Danst, Butterfly for Equilibrio Dinamico, and The Stomach for Korzo Theater (Den Haag). His films KENZOKENZO and Purple Scene were featured in the Best of Dutch category at Cinedans Festival (2023). 

He continues to create and work on new projects. Charlie joined Peeping Tom for the creation of “Chroniques” in 2025.
